The Garden Center Cafés Introduction to Western Cooking & Asian Cooking without MSG is for designed for local housekeepers and cooks and is for Cambodian's only.

Basic Kitchen Hygiene, Measuring Utensils, etc.

Breakfast Food

Bacon & Eggs, etc, Fruit Preparation, Yougurt, Museli, Granonla.

Salads

Avocado, Pineapple and Pine Nut Salad, Avacado, Pineapple and Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, Green Salad with Bacon Bits, Mixed Vegetable Salad, Pot Luck Pasta Salad, Potato and Egg Salad, Waldorf Salad, Feta Cheese Salad, Caesar Salad.

Salad Dressings

Basic Vinaigrette, Thousand Island, Italian & French.
