The Garden Center Cafés Introduction to Western Cooking & Asian Cooking without MSG is for designed for local housekeepers and cooks and is for Cambodian's only.

Part-time Course
To accommodate students who cannot learn full time, a part-time class starts at 5:30pm and finishes at 8:00pm. The class runs for a total of 4 weeks with a break of one week in the middle of the course (total 5 weeks from beginning to end). Starting Dates, Subjects learned, and prices are the same as full time course.
